How do I become a customer?
Call us at 941-350-4035 and we will discuss the item you have to store and then we will schedule to have our lot foreman meet you to show you your parking space.
What are the days and hours of operation?
The facilities are open during daylight hours and after hours if prior notification is given to the office. Customers also have the ability to enter after hours by way of a gate key (33rd Street) or a key code (26th Ave).
What hours is the office open?
There are no set office hours, however we are always available by phone or text and appointments can be made to meet in person.
What is the price for rent?
Price is based on per foot calculation. Please call for more information (941)350-4035
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards. Payment is set up on an automatic payment once a month.
I’m coming or leaving in the middle of the month, do you prorate that month?
We do not prorate rents, however if you have a situation, please reach out to discuss.
How do I know where to park?
You will be assigned a numbered spot.
What type of security is there?
Both locations are gated and have security cameras as well as security lights.
I no longer need to store my item, what do I do?
Just give us a quick call so we can shut off the automatic billing and meet you to collect your gate key if applicable.
